— Kikuchi Lines and RHEED Pattern Calculator —

This program calculates positions of Kikuchi lines and RHEED (Reflection High-Energy Electron Diffraction) spots. It is also possible to overlay an experimentally obtained RHEED pattern. Below is an example of a calculated result with an experimental RHEED pattern (Si(111)7x7).
For theoretical treatment of the Kikuchi lines and RHEED spots, refer to proper books.
Latest version of this program works with MacOS X 10.4 (Tiger). It is an universal binary software which is optimized both for PowerPC and Intel Macs. If you use MacOS X 10.3, please use the older version 1.2.2.
